Returns Policy
A. We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 15 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
B. Once the return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to our designated address. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund, excluding any shipping charges.
